Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 06:30PM Last night was awesome! Litterally moments before service started the computer we use to show videos and stuff CRASHED! So we basically had to wing it, but I think we are the best at that......SOOOOOOOOO... We really dont have anything to post in this issue of the WEDNESDAY RECAP. But we just want to tell you, we love you guys, and are excited about where we are going in the youth group, we have made some GIANT steps forward, and we will continue, to do so!
Next week we wont be having a Youth Service. But still come out and hang cause we will be having a Thanks Giving service and its going to be really cool! So come out to that! Love you guys! See you soon!

We had a top 10 worst song list and Jaime got to smash in Ke$ha's head!

Tommy talked about how we are told a bunch of lies that there are too many limitations that hold us back and we can not do anything. Do not believe that! We are capable of anything!
We need to remember that God is love!
He's favorite testimony that he shared with us was about a women he met at Burning Man. She came up to him in their tent and said "I want the spirit of you in me." Turns out everything she had been raised in Tommy could connect for her to what we do.
Don't be afraid to do what God says. Let him use you in anyways He sees fit. Don't try to please God, you already do!
Don't be afraid to look different! We all are different but we are all following God in the way we were called to!

Friday, October 21, 2011 at 02:55PM This week was awesome! We celebrated Jaime's birthday with a Star Wars blow out, thank you to all who were apart of it!
We had Zombie Road Signs and crazy pumpkins.
Jaime talked about 6 impossible things this week! And he used Alice In Wonderland as his example:
Ephesians 3:20 says, Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.
meaning that with the Holy Spirit in us we can do anything! Impossible should not be a normality.
You need to 'know who you are, know what you're supposed to do and do not settle for impossible things!'-Jaime
The impossible is supposed to be apart of our "regular diet" because with God all things are possible.
Start thinking of your impossible things and start praying on them. Let your leaders know and have someone to keep you accountable =)
Psalms 37:4 says, Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Lines up your desires with God's and you will break through!
Next week get ready for Tommy Green from Sleeping Giant!! Gonna be good!

For those of you who have ever been in a car accident, this one goes out to you!
We had former 49er Otis Amey as our guest speaker it was an awesome time! Next week is going to be awesome as well. You dont want miss a week!
Also, this Saturday, September 24th, there's going to be a Prophetic Training class. Anyone's welcome to join in and learn some cool stuff!
